Waxing is a semi-permanent hair removal method that removes hair from the root, leaving skin smoother for longer than shaving. Results typically last 3–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles. With regular waxing, many clients notice finer and softer regrowth over time.

How to Prepare
Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice).
Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Avoid heavy lotions, oils, or self-tanner on the treatment area the day of service.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Stay hydrated.
We CANNOT wax if you have the following:
Retinol products on the treatment area for 5–7 days before waxing.
Sunburned, irritated, or broken skin.
Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments immediately before waxing.

After Your Wax
For the first 24–48 hours, please avoid:
Hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms
Excessive sweating and intense workouts
Direct sun exposure or tanning beds
Harsh exfoliants and active skincare products
Tight clothing that may irritate freshly waxed skin
Recommended Care
Keep the area clean and moisturized.
Begin gentle exfoliation after 48 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs.
Use sunscreen on exposed waxed areas.

Waxing May Not Be Recommended If You:
Are using prescription-strength retinoids or acne medications.
Have recently received chemical peels, laser treatments, or certain skin resurfacing procedures.
Have open wounds, infections, rashes, or severe skin irritation in the treatment area.
Have a sunburn in the treatment area.
Client Responsibility Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for disclosing any medications, skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns that may affect waxing services. Failure to provide accurate information may increase the risk of skin sensitivity or adverse reactions.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. Hair growth cycles, skin sensitivity, and aftercare compliance can affect waxing outcomes and longevity.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay future appointments.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal care services, completed waxing services are non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent before receiving waxing services. Identification and signed consent forms may be required.
